Perez-Cohen Gallery Opening

On May 14th, the fabulously new Perez-Cohen gallery will have it's opening reception from 6pm to 8pm. If you are in the area and totally have a craving for some wonderful art, please stop by. This is going to be a blast with the attendance of some amazing artists from all over the Houston area. I'll see you there!

Heights resident Jonatan Lopez, uses found and recycled metals to create his elaborate and soul searching pieces. Hearts, flowers, guns and chains are common themes found in Lopez's work. Nominated by Margot Perez, Lopez was chosen to participate in this year's Making A Mark, Texas Children's Cancer Center and Hematology Service's annual art exhibit presented by The Periwinkle Foundation.

Lindsay Peyton is no stranger to the Houston art scene. The Houston native and Montrose resident has participated in numerous group shows as well as three solo exhibits. Peyton, a photojournalism graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, works in oils and paper, capturing the emotion that she says define women as individuals.

PerezCohen Gallery

Margot Perez and Mitch Cohen have formed the PerezCohen Gallery to showcase the artwork of emerging and established artists. Each opening will be featured in a prestigious new home built by CD Homes, represented by Margot Perez Properties.

Current exhibition is available for viewing by appointment.
