Happy New Ye...... Darn I am Late Again.

Well Happy 2010 everyone! I know I am a bit late on the sentimental end of year post that so many people require, but I am happy to say there will be none of that here! So many new and amazing things are coming out of this office that I can hardly handle it all. Of course there is the biggest news of a little baby Punkin on the way, but there is also the hope of new wedding invitation designs, greeting cards, and some hope that there will be a baby line emerging this year! So keep your fingers crossed, I might need some help and or support, but I would love to get this all done this year, for sure!

On a more romantic note, Valentines Day is coming soon!! Yes and A Punkin Card Company has all your love needs right here! Don't forget to rack up on the traditional V-Day card but also keep in mind that stationery is an everyday gift. So toss in a boxed gift set for fun. Brownie points are still points!!

Love!!!

The Weather Outside is Gloomy

With this intense fog that has settled over the Houston area, it makes we want to sleep in more then normal! Besides the fact that I have no energy to start with, this makes for a long and cold winter. To keep myself occupied, I am trying to think of new designs, new things to create, and how I will handle my business after the little Punkin arrives.
Knowing that things will not ever be the same, I am trying to prepare myself business wise, to understand how to run a company plus take care of a baby. Most of my advice comes from other mothers who run their own businesses and very successfully. Though, I am still looking for adivce. I mean you can't have enough, right?

How do you balance the day? Did you have to close down for a time? Did you reopen wishing you hadn't lost all your customers?

Help out a Punkin here....

Merry Christmas!

Well if you haven't heard by now, I am excepting a new little Punkin in 8 to 9 months!! This will be our first baby and I am happy to say, I am SO EXCITED! I'll be concentrating on A Punkin Card Company and creating new designs but also taking the time to experience this new phase of my life.

A Punkin Card Company will be taking some time off for the holidays starting December 15th through mid January. This is time I will use to catch up with family and friends, plus take a much needed break. The website, Etsy, and Artfire shops will all remain open, so feel free to shop if needed. Also, I am currently accepting Spring and Summer Wedding Orders. If you haven't booked your yet, please do so to avoid any rush charges.

Still Running

Don't thing that I have stopped running since you haven't heard about it. I am still out there trying to run my best, but instead of it getting easier, it is getting harder. The more I run the more tired I am. The more I walk, the more it hurts. But I am still out there giving it my best. From what I read, my body is trying to throw up the running. Hopefully after a few more weeks, I'll be better then ever!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

It's that time of year. Turkeys are in the oven, the Wizard Of Oz is on five television channels, and our families are just about on our last nerves. But this is Thanksgiving! What else do you expect? Enjoy your turkeys, love your family, and think of watching the Wizard Of Oz to the Dark Side of the Moon. You'll have a whole new prospective on life and doing acid.

Happy Gobble Day!
