Canadian Wood Crafts is Barry Lee Loewen and an amazing artist! Some of his pieces are both breathtaking and original but great for everyday use! All the wood art features clean lines and a great attention to detail.
He has always loved to work with his hands and simple tools to create pieces that are both beautiful and functional. He finds that simple everyday tools, such as a wooden spoon, should be not only pleasing to the eye but comfortable for the hand as well. For him wood is a empowering medium with the natural colors and patterns individual to each piece. He also loves to combine different woods within a piece to allow there contrasts to compliment one another. Barry says, "With wood the possibilities are endless and I hope to include a great many of them in my shop."
