Celtic Festival

St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in the Houston Heights will host our 7th Celtic Festival & Gathering of the Celts on Sunday, October 5. We are currently seeking additional artists and vendors who wish to sell their wares to our anticipated 1,000 guests.
